From the reviews
Absolutely loved this studio! The space is beautiful and I had an amazing class with Molly, she’s a fantastic instructor. I left feeling completely renewed and refreshed. The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming which really adds to the positive atmosphere. Plus, they have a cafe on site such a great touch.
This studio is very unique from many other studios in miami. They have a variety of types of classes like hot mat pilates, hot sculpt and even barre classes. All the teachers are amazing specially Vallerie, Cristi, Mariangel and Rilanty.
Let me start by saying this studio is the saving grace! Finally, a studio in Miami that has the experience all figured out. Their lobby area is stunning and big with plenty of room to get set up (much better than other crowded studios I have been to).
First time trying hot mat Pilates and I loved it! 🔥💪 The heat added a whole new level of intensity, and I left feeling strong, stretched, and totally energized. Highly recommend for anyone looking to sweat, tone, and challenge themselves in a new way. Can’t wait to go back! Thank you Mora for such an amazing class🫶🏻
Teacher training at ActiveSoul Wellness Studio
ActiveSoul Wellness Studio comes up for teacher training — confirmed on their own site. If you're thinking about becoming an instructor, a few things are worth asking up front. First, which certification the program leads to — most hot-yoga trainings are Yoga Alliance registered (RYT-200 or RYT-500), and the style matters: a Bikram or hot-power lineage trains differently than a hot-vinyasa or sculpt one. Second, the schedule and prerequisites — cohorts often run in intensive weekend blocks or over several months, and many studios want you practicing regularly there first. Third, cost and payment plans, and whether tuition includes an unlimited membership for the training period. Teacher training is a real commitment of time and money, so it's worth a call or an info session before you enroll.
Your first hot yoga class at ActiveSoul Wellness Studio
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
