From the reviews
I’ve been taking yoga classes (and a little HIIT every now and then) at Sunstone since 2014, and it’s the best “gym” I’ve ever experienced. The teachers are fantastic, the facilities are clean and well maintained, but more than that - it’s how I feel when I walk in the door and when I walk back out after a class.
I have totally loved my yoga Journey at Sunstone yoga in Southlake. I tried many different types of exercise, many different places and I finally found a place where I’m never bored, always challenged and motivated and guided by the best instructors who care about you and take a personal interest.
SunstoneFit is my happy place. Becoming a member of the Sunstone community was the best decision I ever made for my mental and physical health. Everyone is so welcoming and there truly is no judgment. The staff and fellow yogis are super supportive.
My wife and I recently joined this studio after being at another studio for 4 years. Our first experience when we walked in was very welcoming from everyone. We are both very experienced at yoga, and Jesica's class has been outstanding. She is an awesome instructor that teaches to all levels.
Your first hot yoga class at ALIVE Yoga - Southlake
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated to around ~92°F, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
