From the reviews
Best Yoga studio in the area! We had an event here with twenty of our soldiers about a week ago. The staff and instructor were extremely knowledgeable and patient with us. Most of the guys had never done yoga, let alone hot yoga, and the instructor was extremely helpful with the poses and movements.
Mary is amazing, gregarious, and family friendly! She hosted a private lesson for my wife who has back issues and was very informative. She went over the root causes, preventative and loosening stretches and rolls, and strength building for the region.
Finding this place changed my life! I just started my yoga practice a few months ago and the difference that's taken place, both physically and mentally, has been unreal! Mary and her members are all super welcoming and helpful no matter what level you're at.
I love going to Belly Dance class! It feels so great to move and Shawn brings humor to the class. She takes input from students and has even let us help choreograph dances. Sometimes there's extra workshops and weekend outings. Veils are my favorite!
Your first hot yoga class at All Life Is Yoga
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes — there are showers on site; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
