From the reviews
Arya Studio’s Valentine’s Vinyasa was absolutely incredible! The energy in the room was amazing—so much laughter, positivity, and pure fun! It didn’t matter what level of experience you had; everyone felt included and welcomed.
Anita is the best. Her classes are always so welcoming, calm, and relaxing. She remembered my name after the first class I took and she seems to genuinely care about those who show up to her studio. She offers classes for all skill levels and always offers modifiers, so you are able to practice based on where you are.
I absolutely love going to Arya Yoga Studio! Anita and all of the teachers challenge you but also make it accessible for anyone no matter your level. I'm so happy to have found a studio that is welcoming & fun!
Great place to practice yoga. The facility is new and clean. The environment is very welcoming. The instructors Arnita and Leanna are experienced and professional. I always left feeling great after the class. Lots of class options available accommodating people who like fast or slower pace of yoga.
Your first hot yoga class at Arya Yoga Studio
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
