From the reviews
I’ve attended two classes at Babe Hot Pilates so far, Hot Babe Sculpt and Hot Pilates Cute Booty, and both were great experiences. The energy in the classes is high, the music is fun and motivating, and the workouts are definitely challenging in the best way. I left both classes feeling like I REALLY worked my body.
Babe’s Hot Pilates is truly that girl of Pilates studios! From the second I walked in, I was greeted by the sweetest owners and the cutest studio dog ever — Strawberry absolutely stole my heart.
I love this studio! It’s pink, petite, and perfect. I went with my best friend for a hot Pilates class with Hayley and she was amazing. She has a great energy that will encourage you throughout the workout. The studio has great equipment for the classes as well (bala weights and workout bar)!

Teacher training at Babe Hot Pilates
Babe Hot Pilates comes up for teacher training — confirmed on their own site. If you're thinking about becoming an instructor, a few things are worth asking up front. First, which certification the program leads to — most hot-yoga trainings are Yoga Alliance registered (RYT-200 or RYT-500), and the style matters: a Bikram or hot-power lineage trains differently than a hot-vinyasa or sculpt one. Second, the schedule and prerequisites — cohorts often run in intensive weekend blocks or over several months, and many studios want you practicing regularly there first. Third, cost and payment plans, and whether tuition includes an unlimited membership for the training period. Teacher training is a real commitment of time and money, so it's worth a call or an info session before you enroll.
Your first hot yoga class at Babe Hot Pilates
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
