Dunedin gained this new Gem!! This studio is beautiful. The instructors are incredible and make you feel right home. The cold plunge and sauna addition is an extra perk to the experience. I highly recommend booking a class and checking this space out!!
This place is amazing! I have been going for the sauna and cold plundge for injuries and my recovery is improving much faster!! Best detox also. Highly recommend for weekly routine! The yoga classes are awesome too!
