From the reviews
I did yoga many years on my own. Finally decided to have a personal evaluation done at Elements3. I knew I loved yoga and wanted to make sure I was going each pose correctly In order to ensure safety. The staff was so very helpful and I joined for 3 months right then and there. I've been attending 3 classes per weeek!
When I moved from Watertown to Framingham in 2019 one of my priorities was to find a yoga studio close by. When I looked up Common Ground Yoga online the reviews were excellent, and the class offerings were what I was looking for. I couldn't be happier with my decision.
commonground is a total delight and I am so grateful to have found it. every teacher I've had here (+ can't forget wellness coordinator, Ariel) has been wonderful in their own individual way. they are all warm and welcoming, attentive to their students, and passionate about what they do.
This is such a wonderful studio! I'm new to yoga, and have been coming here for about a month now and honestly I can't get enough. Common Ground Yoga feels like a home away from home, with amazing instructors that each have their own unique ways of teaching that all seem to resonate in different ways.
Your first hot yoga class at Common Ground Yoga
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
