From the reviews
I’ve been attending CorePower Yoga Costa Mesa for about 4 months, and it’s been amazing! I’ve loved regularly attending Yoga Sculpt and CoreRestore/Sound Healing + Meditation.
This studio is great. The 1 star reviews from people who showed up late is more of a reflection on those people than the business. Who wants these people barging in after class has started and asking for people to move?
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ CorePower Yoga – Costa Mesa Let me tell you—this place is the real deal. I’ve been to a lot of yoga studios (including the amazing Yoga Pod in Boulder), and CorePower Costa Mesa was right up there with it. Good vibes, solid teachers, and most importantly—no drama.

Your first hot yoga class at CorePower Yoga - Costa Mesa
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel (or rent them here), water, and a change of clothes — there are showers on site; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
