Five stars for CorePower Yoga, but I’d like to provide some feedback. During Elise H today’s class: about thirty minutes after we started, someone knocked loudly on the fire exit door and was let in.
I first discovered CorePower Yoga through ClassPass and ended up signing up for a full membership—and honestly, it was because of how great the classes are. They’re consistently challenging, energizing, and well-structured. I especially want to highlight Zoe and Gillian—both are incredibly talented teachers.
I love coming to this studio because they offer many and a variety of classes every day. It makes it easy for me to fit into my busy schedule. I can always find excellent teachers to take classes with (I have lots of fav instructors here), and I appreciate the good vibes and the community that the management has…
James C’s Flow class was phenomenal. He brought the energy, hype and also calm needed for a great class. I’ll be returning but most likely will aim for his morning classes. Thanks James! Highly recommend
Your first hot yoga class at CorePower Yoga - Palo Alto Town & Country
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel (or rent them here), water, and a change of clothes — there are showers on site; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
