The styles they teach
“This yoga studio is known for a) it's heated classes (not quite as hot as bikram yoga) and b) it's vinyasa/power yoga-style methodology.”

What students say again and again
“The studio is clean, the instructors are all amazing and seem to be very mindful of the different levels of all students in the class.”
“Positives: classes all day/night, a lot availability, the instructors are really THE BEST Cons: there’s A LOT of bodies in the class, people don’t always follow the rules.”
“I'm fortunate that I have a community to go to to practice self-care and be with fellow yogis that embrace and share strength and positive energy.”
From the reviews
I loved CorePower Yoga! The staff were wonderful. The classes were dynamic and challenging. I was particularly drawn to the sculpt class. I felt the results immediately. I am not about a quick fix by any means, but this sure felt like it. Such a great experience. I highly recommend!
Chyna is once of the best instructors at CP! Her playlist always hits. She is so creative with her workouts. Her class is intense, but I feel so incredibly accomplished after every time. Like I always say, it hurts so good. Love love love her flow!
CorePower is by far my favorite yoga studio that I've been to. I've been to this location and the one in Irvine, off of Barranca (Woodbridge area). This location is very convenient - right off the freeway and the surrounding plazas have just about every other store you could possibly need to go to.
If I could give Tustin CPY more than 5-stars across the board, I would. WOW!!! In all my years of practicing hot yoga, I have never come across a studio such as this one. First off, the studio is conveniently located in a shopping plaza with plenty of free parking.
Your first hot yoga class at CorePower Yoga - Tustin
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel (or rent them here), water, and a change of clothes — there are showers on site; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
