From the reviews
Went to my first class today! Was nervous being a newbie but it was incredible, everyone was so encouraging, and I’m already looking forward to going back!
LOVE this place and all the fellow yogis! Best yoga studio I’ve been to by far. I recommend Daniella or Chloe for DY3 classes & Chelsea for sculpt.
As a new practitioner, DY has been a welcoming, warm, and challenging introduction to yoga. I started with DY1, then DY2 (which I will continue), then jumped feet first into Sculpt. Whoa! Chelsea blew my mind with her enthusiasm and motivation. It was simply a powerful and transformative experience.
My favorite yoga studio I have ever been to! Duluth Yoga has a special welcoming feeling whenever I go. Teachers are knowledgeable, respectful, and inspiring. They take the time to build strong connections with their students which makes going to class so enjoyable.
Your first hot yoga class at Duluth Yoga
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
