From the reviews
This studio is an experience from the moment you enter. The walkway transports you out of Deep Ellum entirely- it’s very aesthetically pleasing. There’s free lockers for you to store your personal items during class.
I tried their Warm Pilates class through Class pass and I’m so glad I stumbled upon Forme. The studio was beautiful and the ladies that worked there were so welcoming!
I’ve been searching for a spot that really pushes me with the workout and this was the perfect place. I’ve taken a couple of the instructors now and they’re all great! Love coming here!
The instructors and owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming to all fitness levels. I love this studio and the overall aesthetic — it’s such a cute, photo-friendly space for the IG girlies. What stands out most to me though is how genuinely welcoming the Formé community is.
Your first hot yoga class at FORMÉ Pilates + Sculpt
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel (or rent them here), water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
