From the reviews
Nicole at Grace yoga is phenomenal! She takes her time and is thorough enough in order to target the root cause of the problem. Nicole lets you go your own pace and control the speed of your movements using her unique technique. Nicole, is not only professional but PERSONABLE.
Tonight, I atteneded a lovely Shamanic Sound Healing class! Have been coming for a few months now, and absolutely love it! They have many other wonderful services too including infrared sauna, biomat+bioacoustic mat, massage, energy healing, Rossiter sessions, Yamuna body rolling and Yamuna face sculpting sessions,…
Nicole is a true Connector -- She connects you to yourself and your body in a deeper, richer way through her yoga classes, Yamuna workshops & Rossiter sessions (you have to try them if you never have, they are amazing!). And she connects you to Community through special events and her (growing by the day!
My partner doesn't like going to regular yoga "flow" classes and sometimes I struggle with them too because it goes so fast I don't know if I'm even doing the pose right. We do however LOVE going to Rope Wall Yoga with Nicole, and truly feel the benefits of each pose!
Your first hot yoga class at Grace Yoga & Wellness
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
