FANTASTIC! This is the business Laguna needed! Love the hot sauna and ice plunge set up. Nothing makes me feel more alive and healthy. I used to deal with significant inflammation in my body from many years of sports injuries. Sauna and ice has helped me flush out all those linger pains.
I love this studio so much. It's gorgeous, bright, welcoming, and in a great location. Walking across the street to Heisler Park after sweating it out in Lagree class is such a vibe. All the Lagree instructors are great!
I am relatively new to Lagree and, I absolutely love the challenge and full body workout it provides. I used to be a professional tennis player in the past and have tried all sorts of training in my life and Lagree will definitely fire up your muscles and strengthen your core.
The most gorgeous Lagree studio I’ve ever been to!! The work out is challenging in the best way possible and Hannah is a wonderful and knowledgeable teacher. She offers lots of assistance and encouragement. The cold plunge and sauna are also an amazing touch too. 🤍
Your first hot yoga class at Haus of Wellness
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
