My home studio, this hot yoga sanctuary is located near Summerlin and is my all time fav spot! They just fixed the heat and humidity machine so it gets mega hot and humid in the 26 & 2 Bikram classes 🥵 The entire space is luxurious, clean, roomy with 3 hot rooms, and plenty of classes to choose from!
As a Vegas visitor looking for 26&2 hot yoga, I was quite impressed with this studio. The facility is clean, beautiful, and has some luxurious touches! The staff are genuinely friendly, and the instructors—especially for the 26&2 (Bikram) classes—are top-tier.
Just wonderful!! Visited from out of town and was so happy to have found this place. I showed up only a few minutes before class, and as a yoga teacher myself I know how frustrating that is. The teacher and staff welcomed us friendly and efficiently to get us in class.
TriHeart Studios is truly a place of healing. I love the energy, the intention behind every class, and the way the space feels welcoming for both me and my daughter. It’s rare to find somewhere that pours into you physically, emotionally, and spiritually all at once.

Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
