I recently attended a 60-minute Power Magic: Power Restore & Nidra class with Kelsey at Hot Spot Power Yoga in Neptune Beach, and it was an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel at ease.
I took my first hot yoga class, it was Power Magic:Power+Restore+Nidra.. it was amazing!! I was a little nervous to take hot yoga but this class calmed my nerves. Started with a great meditation and moved into a nice slow flow. It ended with an amazing relaxing finish. Can’t wait to take my next class!!
