I absolutely love my hot workouts. I am enjoying the variety of virtual classes, the ease of scheduling workouts, and I really feel great after workouts. I have a surge of energy that I didn’t expect. I am nearly 50 years old and was not on any exercise regimen prior to starting HotWorx.
I love love LOVE HOTWORX! After my first session I fell in love. I love the space it’s so private and I get to leave my insecurities at home! Low intensity but the sweat is so soooo serious! Sauna literally fixes all my problems.
I recently moved back to town from NYC after 18years and this is EXACTLY the type of workout I've been missing as an ex hot yoga enthusiast and ballet dancer. The app is simple and works well, the staff is super helpful and friendly, and whatever workout you choose, you will leave feeling exhilarated and rejuvenated,…
Love this place! It’s an introverts dream! I love the privacy of the saunas and the variety of virtual classes along with the free weights area too! I recommend it to everyone I’ve talked to!
Your first hot yoga class at HOTWORX - Alexandria, LA
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
