The unique infrared sauna workouts are not only effective but also incredibly energizing. The studio is always clean, and the equipment is well-maintained, which really enhances the overall experience.
I’ve been saying for a while that I need to start working out but always used the excuse it’s too far, traffic is too heavy, etc. I was happy to see HOTWORX opening a location in South Cape, and so close to home. South Cape is my favorite GO TO place to Shop, Dine, Play, and now Work out.
Absolutely perfect gym for a busy lifestyle, you choose the duration and intensity and burn more calories in half the time regardless. 24/7 studio and private rooms make it feel like your own private space or you can work out with a friend! Clean shower available so you can get back to your day.
Absolutely love hotworx, the burn the sweat and the calories, you burn all in either a 15 minute session or 30 minute session! Great workout and all staff are amazing! Definitely recommend!!!!

What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
