So I made it in this morning for my first work out here! There is really only one reason I did not give HOTWORX || Colleyville five stars, and we will get to that but first let us cover the good points! PROS: HEAT! There have been numerous long term studies of the benefits of heat therapy.
Favorite GYM of all time! I’ve been a member of Large gyms and small ones- THIS gym is so great because you have 24 hour access to the workouts, they change the workouts regularly so you never get bored, the infrared sauna detox benefits are supreme to any other place and you feel fabulous when you leave.
I love this place! It works great with my crazy work schedule, being able to just come and go as I please but feeling like I have a trainer right there with me! Everything is well kept and very clean. I was a little worried about being claustrophobic with the small saunas but I don't one bit.
I am so thankful for this HotWorx location in Colleyville! Angelique is the owner of this location and she blows me away! She is a wealth of knowledge and truly understands the body. I feel educated and well informed about the detox process and I truly look forward to going to sauna when I go in.
