From the reviews
Tyler was the staff member who helped me get started with my membership. He was so nice and informative and didn’t rush me at all. Made me feel very comfortable here. The rooms are all squeaky clean. Great workout options here.
Phenomenal workouts. Both the 15 minute cardios and the 45 minute isometrics leave you dripping in sweat and feeling great. On top of that the staff is extremely helpful and friendly, always see them cleaning and the facility is always spotless. 10/10 would recommend
I love the result I am getting so far. The couple owners are professional, attentive and very nice. Each room has different workout from Hot buns, yoga, hot stretch to hot thunder row. Can make your schedule and you have 24/7 an access to the gym. One hundred percent safe place and location. ❤️❤️❤️💯
I’ve been a member for a few months now and absolutely love it. You can go at your own pace and still get a great sweat every time. The community is friendly and welcoming — I often see the same familiar faces, which makes it feel even more like home.
Your first hot yoga class at HOTWORX - Dartmouth, MA
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
