Personally, I really enjoy the gym because every aspect is very well taken care of—super clean, with great attention to detail, comfort, and customer satisfaction. Having 24-hour access is a big plus, and the classes are fun and diverse.
I love love love this gym. 24 hr access is a huge plus. I joined recently and have been an addict. I was on the search to try a hot yoga studio and fell onto this place. Was skeptical about the room in the saunas but the space is plenty and you have free weights and cables available to you as well. THIS PLACE IS CLEAN.
I went to tour the facility because my daughter joined and I thought I would never be able to do this. Well, I was wrong and I LOVE it! The gym is so clean, the owners are so friendly and helpful and I’ve never had an issue with signing up for a class. I’m so happy they brought this gym to Daytona!!
Great facility. Very clean. I'm a sweat Elite member, so I've been to hotworx all over the country. It's evident that the owners here take great care. Look forward to being back in the area and returning.

Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
