HOTWORX has completely upgraded my self-care routine. I go 3–4 times a week, and it’s become more than just a workout—it’s my reset button. The infrared sauna helps me detox, I burn a ton of calories, and I feel way less stiff. But honestly, the best part is how aligned I feel—body, mind, and even mood.
HOTWORX Destin is an amazing gym - offering HIIT and Isometric workouts in saunas so you maximize your workout time and get major detox in the process. There's an FX Zone with small weights and machines. Members have 24-hour access to the gym and it's very clean.

Great Gym, Great Staff. I am a 3 yr Hotworx member from SC. I have visited several (10+) HW gyms while traveling and the Destin HW location is one of the top ones, IMO. The studio space is optimized very well for member's benefit.

Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
