Did my first workout of the 2024 with HOTWORX in Mercer Square and it couldn't have been a better experience! The owner Josalyn and her manager, Mia are so warm and welcoming, they really go above and beyond to make sure you're getting the most out of your workout.
This is exactly what I needed. Space to work out myself. Huge challenges. Great for young and old. Multiple classes. Hot yoga, Hot Pilates,Hot Bands, Hot Barre, the list goes on. Not to mention getting there whenever it is convenient for me. Thank you a million times over Hotworxs.
Obsessed with HOTWORX! Mia and Josalyn are so helpful and great at what they do. There are so many classes you can do. My favs are Hot Blast, Hot Yoga, and Hot Warrior. Booking the classes is super easy through their app. Love the FX zone too! 10/10

Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
