Totally recommend getting a membership at Hotworx Fayetteville on Wedington! The staff and environment are so positive and up lifting to be apart of! The workouts are so unique since you are doing everything inside a infrared sauna! Hot Barre None is a must try class!!
Before joining, I had heard amazing things about Hotworx and all of the benefits of each of the workouts. It seemed like a no-brainer. I don’t enjoy the traditional gym setting and walking into this gym every day gives me the inspiration and excitement to come back.
The Hotworx Fayetteville studio is amazing! The staff is so friendly and very welcoming every time I come in! They are helpful with anything/everything you need. I came in for a free class and signed the next day because I love it so much. I’ve also recruited a lot of my friends and we’re all obsessed!

What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
