Absolutely LOVE HOTWORX Grand Island! There is no other option in town that lets you pick pilates, yoga, cycling, stretching, and more! I love stopping in and saying hi to the friendly staff - and burning 200+ calories in 15 minutes! The infrared saunas are a GAME changer.
I love this place! I'm so glad they are here. It has been life changing! I've never been able to keep a gym membership but I know this one I will keep forever! ❤️
I absolutely love HOTWORX Grand Island!! The workouts are intense but so good, and I always leave feeling like I actually accomplished something. The TSAs are also so kind, welcoming, and super helpful every time I come in — they make the whole experience even better.
Having HOTWORX in Grand Island has been game changing!! The staff is so kind and helpful, and the studio is ALWAYS clean! I can go anytime of the day which is great for someone with a busy schedule, I also don’t have to worry about planning what I want to do because of the virtual instructors.
Your first hot yoga class at HOTWORX - Grand Island, NE
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
