I just started a membership with Hotworx and have only been going there a week, but so far it's great. The staff always says hi. They are very informational about the saunas and exercises.

It's rather refreshing to have a membership at a gym where you're known by name and not a number. They showed us around and had us try the Hot Blast.
Fantastic workout, studio, and team! I’m so glad that I found this gym with the infrared saunas. Sam and team are great! Sam went out of her way to assist my boyfriend in signing up, so we could go to the studio in the later hours when the desk was not being covered. Love that the gym offers options 24 hours a day.

What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
