I love the workouts here. They staff is very nice and the saunas are always very clean. The saunas use infrared heat, so you really work up a good sweat during your workouts. There’s a small area in the back of the studio where there’s additional weights. i thought that was very nice touch.
Love Hotworx Lewisville. It's open 24/7 with a door code. The workouts are personalized as you workout in a sauna. Super convenient for my busy schedule. Love that I can drop in anytime and get my sweat on. The workouts are 15 or 30 minutes. Come in for a free trial!
I love the variety of workouts I can do and I don't have to have multiple memberships at different locations to do them! The heat feels so good and I have noticed serious improvements to my physique.
Went here this week with my wife for moral support while she attended two classes. I joined her for both and had a great time. The place was clean, staff was friendly, and wasn't crowded at all. Overall, I don't think that this type of workout is for me, but I enjoyed both sessions and the experience as a whole!
