I highly recommend hotworx I have had many gym memberships and this is not your ordinary gym. Working out in the infred sauna is amazing you burn more calories in less time and the after burn is amazing. There's nothing like it. If you haven't tried it you should.
This Lubbock visit was next-level — and honestly, the front desk associate made it. My experience at HOTWORX stood out immediately because he was working completely solo and still handled everything like a pro: cleaning, vacuuming, bathroom upkeep, answering calls, helping curious walk-ins, opening the door for…
Had a great workout today thanks to the amazing staff at the location, Kenzie to be specific! I’ve been struggling with getting my app to work and a couple of other technical issues, and Kenzie was so patient and so helpful with me to get these issues resolved. I’m so grateful for an amazing staff at this location!
I am so glad I tried HOTWORX out! Not only is the workout great, but the staff is so helpful & they made sure I knew the best way to workout and stay safe! They were really thorough about the contract and made sure I knew all the ins and outs.
Your first hot yoga class at HOTWORX - Lubbock, TX - 19th & Quaker
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
