I am OBSESSED! I tried a free class and immediately signed up right after. I joined with a Sweat Everywhere membership as this gives me access to any location. I live closest to the Marietta location, but I work near another, so it just made the most sense to be able to Sweat Everywhere.
I used to only lift at a traditional gym, but I wanted a change and decided to try the free class at Hotworx. I left feeling so refreshed and energized! I love the mix of cardio and isometric workouts in the infrared saunas, plus the FX Zone in the back with weights, a cable machine, TRX straps, and more.
Best workout I’ve had! I normally don’t sweat much but here you really detox! Love the privacy and that I have access 24/7 securely! Great staff and can just enjoy the infrared sauna if I don’t feel like working out. Great value!
Love this gym! 1 - Flexibility of scheduling. I have a inconsistent work schedule and found it difficult to find classes when I needed them each week. HOTWORX has at least 4 classes starting every 15 minutes. 2 - Intense and efficient.

Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
