Came in for a 1 day trial. Person waiting on us was courteous and polite. Got our information and then sent us on our way to try everything out. Very clean. Really enjoyed the cardio work out. I wouldn't sign up for a steady membership but would be willing to pay a day pass or 1 use fee if available.
This is a great studio to workout at. The facility is clean and the staff members are phenomenal. There are a variety of workouts to choose from, so your workout routine is always something new. The 3D training allows you to burn maximum calories while detoxing your body at the same time. Bottom line...
I’ve been coming to HOTWORX for a couple of years and I love this location! Starting was the hardest part, but once I built a routine it became easy to stay consistent. The studio is always very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the 24/7 access works perfectly with my schedule.
Hotworx in combination with my strength training helped me lose 8 lbs in my first three weeks. I have a love/hate relationship with infrared sauna, but I feel so rejuvenated when I leave. I’m looking forward to my continued progress. I also love the location and the employees. They are always nice and helpful.

Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
