I absolutely LOVE Hotworx of Mentor!! I have been a member for just over 6 months, and my only regret is not joining sooner!! It’s extremely affordable and scheduling classes in the app is so easy. The 24/7 access is super convenient . Corrie and her staff are all very friendly and welcoming!!

Fantastic experience!! I had been wanting to visit a HOTWORX studio to see what it was as all about. My experience at the Mentor location was amazing! I felt so good when I left! I love the fact that I can get such a great calorie burn with low impact on my joints. The staff were very welcoming and informative.
This place is probably the coolest, most effective workout spot I’ve been to. It’s perfectly located on my way home from work AND I never leave there without breaking a sweat. It does exactly what I need it to and I love the fact that there are so many options of workouts. I can’t wait to keep going.

What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
