The Salem HotWorx is the best. There’s so much space to move around outside of the saunas so you don’t feel like you’re bumping into everyone else that’s there for a class. There are so many saunas, which allows for so many classes to play at once so you always have great options for every time.
Hotworx in Salem has wonderful staff and Michelle the owner, brings the energy! She’s very welcoming and fun! The space here is spacious and always clean. I love Hotworx for the flexibility it allows for anyone’s schedule and the unlimited classes you can take!
I love coming to Hotworx after taking a few years off of belonging to a gym or consistent class schedule. Everyone there is so friendly which makes walking thru the door so much easier. Being open 24 hours suits my gym needs as I do not have a regular 9-5 work schedule. I reccommend Hotworx to anyone and everyone !
I went from hating heated classes to not feeling complete if I miss a day. It is the perfect place to get your head together before a busy day, or to unwind after one. Owners are super nice and will squelch any fear of being alone in the studio. Thankful for the shower. Happy to be here 🩷

Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
