Hotworx classes are very forward thinking! I love the sauna workouts and the infrared technology that they incorporate into workouts. The staff at this location are really what brings it all together. They are honestly focused on you having the best and most effective workout for your particular moment in time.
This is absolutely the best place to work out!!! My wife and I enrolled in December 2023 and started working out January 2024. It’s now almost June and still working out five days a week. We have both lost around 30lbs and absolutely love it!!! The facility is open 24/7 & 365.

I completed a free week at Hotworx Shawnee for their teacher appreciation promotion! I have to say I did absolutely love the way I felt after each day. Workouts were hard and I worked my rear off. Stretch and blast were my favorite classes. The staff at the Shawnee location were the absolute best.
