The new owners (March 2023) are super friendly and helpful. The gym is clean, beautiful, and full of options for people of all skill level. I was truly blown away by how good a quick but intense workout feels in the heat. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it is just what I have been looking for!
Loved my experience at Hotworx! The concept of their program is so appealing. I like the timed workouts, 11 options adding variety, different levels of participation too. The staff is professional, the gym is clean, and a shower is available for use which is needed after the hot sauna workouts!
Wow, what a cool concept in health and wellness! I love the idea of a shorter workout with all of the added benefits of infrared light. I think it’s the workout of the future. We are all so busy with the hustle and bustle of everyday life so this is ideal, especially since it’s open 24/7!
Went last Saturday and tried the infrared yoga for the first time. All I can say is WOW! The session is only 30 minutes but I felt like I had an intense 60 min yoga session. Felt amazing after the class and had the "good" kind of soreness the next day.
