HOTWORX is amazing!!!! I’ve been coming here for about 3 months now & I absolutely love it!! The staff is helpful & always in a great mood. The gym is always clean as well. The sauna workout is a game changer & you can feel a difference right away. I love the energy & results I have gained from coming here!
24-hour Infrared Sauna, what can be better!!? My schedule is all over the place and ridiculously busy! So even though my schedule is crazy hectic I’ll always have a relaxing place to go. The workouts are also really great and I’m not sore afterwards!
I’ve been coming to Hotworx for three years now. I think it’s the best gym ever invented. You can get a very good workout that is challenging but also good for you in half the time you would at a traditional gym. I have never felt healthier or stronger since joining this gym .

What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
