I can’t say enough about how much I love this place. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed into such a warm, safe, and professional environment. The studio is spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked with every amenity you could possibly need.
I cannot say enough good things about HYP studio. Initially I tried the 30 day trial they offer when they first opened, but signed up for an unlimited membership as soon as it was over. I had never tried yoga before, so I was a little intimidated the first time walking into the studio, but instantly felt at ease.
Beautiful studio in an amazing location! From the inviting lobby to the sweet ladies at the juice bar, stepping into this business will not disappoint. Walking past the beautifully designed halo-salt therapy room, you'll be imagining your next relaxing nap session as first glance.
I have loved visiting HYP for the month of August. Every class, every trainer, every session is amazing. I’ve felt welcomed and comfortable from the moment I stepped in the studio even though I was new. The salt room and extra amenities are awesome and so relaxing.
Your first hot yoga class at HYP
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
