The styles they teach
“Yoga Sculpt is a killer workout; while Journey is a fun and sweaty dance; and Prana and Align ground your physical and inner strength for facing challenges on and off the mat.”
“I joined after 1 Pilates fusion class and haven’t looked back!”
“The recently added recovery room is the icing on the cake… it includes an infrared sauna, red light therapy and a cozy fireside relaxation.”
“I primarily take 2 classes - Yin with Kelly on Tuesday nights, and Vinyasa with Geoff on Sunday mornings - and I cannot speak highly enough of those classes or either instructor!”
“This studio makes it easier for someone who may be new to yoga to step into a new space and feel safe instantly.”

From the reviews
“Welcome Home”. I started taking just one class on Sunday mornings, to taking two most Sundays, to taking at least one class a day most days very quickly. In just under a year practicing with Invert I’ve noticed positive changes in not only my practice, but my body and mind as well.
This place is unique. Invert Your World is an absolute gem. The instructors are incredibly kind and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere right from the start. What truly sets this studio apart is the unique way the instructors lead their practice.
I recently went with my friend to try a class at Invert Your World. I enjoyed the yoga class so much that I tried Pilates the next day-after both classes I knew I wanted a membership to this studio. Invert your World is a warm and welcoming community.
First time visiting today, great studio and space! The owner and yoga instructor were so down to earth and welcoming, truly embodying what yoga is all about! The space is beautiful and class was so creative, I'll be visiting again 🧘♀️
Teacher training at Invert Your World
Invert Your World comes up for teacher training — confirmed on their own site. If you're thinking about becoming an instructor, a few things are worth asking up front. First, which certification the program leads to — most hot-yoga trainings are Yoga Alliance registered (RYT-200 or RYT-500), and the style matters: a Bikram or hot-power lineage trains differently than a hot-vinyasa or sculpt one. Second, the schedule and prerequisites — cohorts often run in intensive weekend blocks or over several months, and many studios want you practicing regularly there first. Third, cost and payment plans, and whether tuition includes an unlimited membership for the training period. Teacher training is a real commitment of time and money, so it's worth a call or an info session before you enroll.
Your first hot yoga class at Invert Your World
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
