First I want to say this is a whole new way of life and I can’t express enough how grateful I am. When I first signed up for their intro monthly membership, I was very sceptical and I almost didn’t go back after first hot yoga class.
Kathleen and Patrick have created a comfortable learning environment for Bikram students on all learning levels. All of the instructors have different strengths which makes going back day after day fun and interesting. I have been going here for a year and a half and have seen so much change in my body and mind.
They say this yoga will change you life...it does physicaly mentaly and emotionally. My experience is that the medical and mental benefits are real And have kept me coming back for over 5 years. All of the instructors are amazing and each give something special to my practice.

Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
