Yoga at the lighthouse is a great way to start your day. The practice is for all levels and Shelby offers great options to challenge yourself. The patio provides a relatively flat surface and the tree canopy provides ample shade! Yoga sculpt is what I call the modern day Jane Fonda work out.
Shelby’s classes are a highlight of my week. She has such a warm, energizing, and grounding presence that makes every class feel both safe and empowering. Wednesday outdoor yoga at the Lighthouse is the perfect midweek reset, and Saturday sculpt at the Chickee is a great way to start the weekend.
Love the outdoor yoga classes with Jupiter Yoga, especially the yoga at the lighthouse. The music and flow are always on point and welcoming for all abilities. If you’re looking for yoga in Jupiter with an amazing teacher and overall experience, this is the class to check out.
I love going to Shelby’s classes. She is hands down one of the best yoga teachers in the area! She has a unique understanding of how the body should move. As a physical therapist, I would not hesitate to recommend her to others for group or private instruction.
