From the reviews
A few months ago, I was invited to Lily Pad Yoga by a friend and it was one of the best decisions I've made for my health and well-being. The instructors are amazing and down-to-earth. I enjoy the benefits of yoga, however, Lily Pad Yoga challenged me to take this practice deeper.
I would highly recommend Lily Pad Yoga to anyone who desires to cultivate well-being. The studio provides a clean, clear, and positive space for your yoga practice. The studio always has a subtle, lovely aroma and overflows with healthy green plants. The heated room for practice is ambient, spacious, and meditative.
So happy to have found this place when I did. The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. Yoga had taught me so much about myself, hot yoga definitely took it up a notch. It’s clean and inviting. The whole place is perfectly well thought out and there is nothing like it up north, a true gem to have in our area.
I adore this studio. I really appreciate that the instructors recognize students trying to become more advanced in their practices without being pushy or too demanding. I also would like to give a shout out to Natalie for being the best damn heated flow instructor I've ever had. Great vibes.
Your first hot yoga class at Lily Pad Yoga
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
