From the reviews
It was my first Vinyasa class with Nina, and it turned out to be surprisingly awesome. The flows slowly picked up pace and complexity, but she also offered modifications based on the students' level and ability. She also offered corrections wherever necessary.
MOOV Sanctuary is awesome! I was visiting Seattle and tried it out, the studio is TOP notch. I wish they had one where I lived. Not only was the class killer and so fun, the studio has every amenity you may need. No other studios across the country treat you as they do when you come here.
I have been in search of a hot mat Pilates class and once I found MOOV, it was so hard to find space in the early morning classes as they are all wait listed but I now understand why! I was finally able to get in and took Joanne’s class and absolutely loved it.
MOOV sanctuary is a beautiful, relaxing space! My first class here was a GLOW restore yin class with Nina and it was incredible. The atmosphere is stunning and it was so lovely that there are mats and props readily available. Even the bathrooms are so nice. I’m constantly inspired by Erin and her team.
Your first hot yoga class at MOOV SANCTUARY
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
