The styles they teach
“This studio also offers Bikram yoga which isn’t my thing, but I would recommend trying it here if you like that practice.”
“I was especially excited for the sculpt class but the flow felt extremely repetitive and more like a heated boot camp than a modern mat Pilates or sculpt class.”
“I have been taking both yoga and Pilates classes for 2 months now.”
“The instructors are so good very encouraging and knowledge, the bikram yoga class is incredibly restorative.”
“I thought I was at my peak performance, and then I started Bikram Hot Yoga, Yin Yoga and IHP.”

From the reviews
I started my new customer discounted unlimited membership 2 weeks ago and I can’t believe the change in my life since. I tell my friends, I don’t know what kind of sorcery is happening within these Pilates and sculpt classes, but my quality of life has improved remarkably since starting classes here.
I went into Orange Lotus really hoping it would be a good fit but it just didn’t land for me. The studio felt a bit bare and the amenities were pretty limited for the price. (there's no water fountain??
I started in November and I am addicted. This place is unique very high energy and you see results pretty quickly. I love the variety of classes offered in the hot classroom where you sweat and get an amazing workout.

Teacher training at Orange Lotus Hot Yoga & Fitness
Orange Lotus Hot Yoga & Fitness comes up for teacher training — confirmed on their own site. If you're thinking about becoming an instructor, a few things are worth asking up front. First, which certification the program leads to — most hot-yoga trainings are Yoga Alliance registered (RYT-200 or RYT-500), and the style matters: a Bikram or hot-power lineage trains differently than a hot-vinyasa or sculpt one. Second, the schedule and prerequisites — cohorts often run in intensive weekend blocks or over several months, and many studios want you practicing regularly there first. Third, cost and payment plans, and whether tuition includes an unlimited membership for the training period. Teacher training is a real commitment of time and money, so it's worth a call or an info session before you enroll.
Your first hot yoga class at Orange Lotus Hot Yoga & Fitness
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
