From the reviews
I cannot express how much I enjoy the Pilates, sculpt, and vinyasa flow classes. I started coming mid-March and have been coming every single day. I genuinely look forward to every class I go to and I feel incredible after as well. I have never felt stronger and it’s definitely all thanks to these classes.
This is such a hidden gem in Santa Barbara! I moved here two years ago and miss deeply my San Francisco studio and teachers. I have found this wonderful place - finally - I hope my review helps you try it sooner. I love the variety in teaching, the gorgeous room and the heat they use.
Amazing studio! From the first day, I felt very welcomed. All the teachers are super nice, knowledgeable, and friendly. Their Vinyasa flow classes are 🔥! Easily the best studio in Santa Barbara by far.
Just want to take the time to thank Adrianne and the team at the Power of Ohm hot yoga. I was invited in on a special date for locals who are having a hard time financially because it gave me a chance to start my practice again. So far after 3 week I can say meeting her and the instructors are the best I’ve ever taken.
Your first hot yoga class at Power of Your Om Yoga Santa Barbara
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated to around ~100°F, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
