From the reviews
As a senior woman who has been doing Pilates for almost 20 years and exercising my whole life, I consider myself knowledgable and experienced in the exercise realm. What Re:Gen Pilates does is provide a relevant exercise class with experienced instructors who instruct and guide with excellence. I live in SC.
Excellent Classes! They have Mat Pilates, Hot Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Pilates Chair, Yoga, Hot Yoga, Lagree on the Megaformer, Spin, & Barre, all in one place under one membership. They even have 1 class a day specifically for the 60+ age group. Their classes are 8-12 clients in a class tops, the perfect size.
It's been awhile since I've been able to do any pilates. So happy to be back and with one of my favorite instructors, Cara. The class was great and lots of new moves! They are always switching things up! I love it.
Great low impact workouts. All instructors are well trained to ensure your form is correct. They truly care about your well being.
Your first hot yoga class at Re:Gen Pilates
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
