I’ve been with the studio for the past 10+ years through thick and thin. Their quality of the studio is top notch. The instructors are people that I’m familiar with and I know that I’m always going to get my moneys worth! I really enjoyed the 75 minute class, it was actually perfect.
If you love hot yoga, you’ll LOVE this studio for your practice. (And if you haven’t tried it yet, this studio is welcoming for beginners, too, and will help you boost and sustain whole-body fitness, mental health, and overall wellness.
Siri Om Yoga has been an amazing addition to my wellness routine! The studio has a welcoming atmosphere and offers a variety of classes suited to all levels. I’ve been especially enjoying Amanda’s 6 AM Bikram Express classes on Mondays and Fridays.
The yoga instructors are very helpful and are so nice . Adrian is an Excellent Excellent yoga instructor !!! He helped me to correct some of the difficult poses . Once I realized what I did wrong and why I could not do the specific poses, I could do those poses much better ! Lucas is also very good, and very patient.

Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
