From the reviews
I was never truly into yoga all that much (more of a Crossfit junkie ), but thought about having a, “relaxing/cool down day” would be a nice mix-up. My first class at Sol Vibe was far from it, and kick my butt even harder than some of the workouts I’ve done in the past!!

As of this January, I have been a member of Sol Vibe for 1 year! Prior to joining, I struggled finding motivation to stay active. Group fitness was something I found intimidating, but everyone at Sol Vibe made me feel welcome and supported (both the staff and fellow members.
I just moved to Rapid City and was looking for a yoga studio that brings the heat, a creative workout and that special energy. Sol Vibe is definitely that place. The instructors are super welcoming, there is no "judgy" feel to their teaching style and their innovative approach makes every class different and fun.
Your first hot yoga class at Sol Vibe
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated to around ~104°F, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
