From the reviews
Last Saturday morning visited Solace Yoga Studio for my first yoga class. I was nerves when I arrived but after meeting the instructor Diane & her regulars their energy was so welcoming. I knew I was at the right place.
I love this studio. It is a warm and welcoming community of people! The instructors are wonderful and experienced! I have practiced yoga for almost 20 years and I will follow good instructors and that's how I ended up checking them out! You won't regret checking them out either!
At 87 years old, I can honestly say that starting Yoga approximately 20years ago, has been one of the best decisions I've made for my health and happiness. I look forward to the Solace Yoga Classes-The instructors are simply wonderful: kind, patient and always encouraging.
The new owner Sharon is so sweet and has a spirit that is welcoming and kind. Diane has always been my favorite yoga teacher ever! And the cool lavender rags after a challenging class are the icing on the cake.
Your first hot yoga class at Solace Yoga Studio
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
