Had so much fun at my very first hot yoga session! The room is a little cozy for the class size, but everyone is there to have fun and very welcoming! I will say it is not geared at true beginners, so you may need to modify some of the poses, but it was definitely a challenge, a great calorie-burn and deep stretches...
It's nice that their schedule and you can sign up and pay right on the MindBody app. It can be a little hard to find and not a real noticeable building or sign but when you know where it is it's a very convenient location.
Such an amazing spin class! High energy, great playlist, and my instructor (Kristina) who knows how to motivate and uplift. Tough but doable, and I left feeling energized and proud of myself. 10/10—will definitely be back.
Dropped in for weekend warrior with Janel. Janel is welcoming and helpful. Facility is clean and well equipped. Enjoyed the flow of the class, cues were on point. If I'm in the area again I will come back.

Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
