What's on offer
From the reviews
Location is tucked in downtown Pleasantville - near The Black Cow Coffee and Fatt Root. I’m new to yoga but the instructors are patient and are helpful to all skill levels. The staff is very helpful too. Sweat provides all the towels and mats. All you need to bring is yourself and water.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely love this studio. The space is so beautiful—elegant, calm, and welcoming. It has this peaceful energy that makes you feel good the second you walk in. Scented cold towels at the end are *chefs kiss* The instructors are incredible.
I want to say this is the BEST place ever and this is the only place I go to do my hot yoga classes. I’ve tried other places but this is honestly the best I’ve ever been to. I only come here now and love the yoga instructors. They are extremely knowledgeable, kind, sweet, and make you feel comfortable.
I have quickly become addicted to Daniella's reformer pilates class. Every class is completely different from the last, she gives the absolutely best cues, and you leave just feeling absolutely amazing!!
Your first hot yoga class at Sweat New York
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated to around ~93°F, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
