Cute little studio right off the main street of Lake Worth. Instructor was great, provided full body workout, challenging yet modifications if you were unable to perform the movement. They have water bottles, all the equipment you need, super friendly, and clean environment. You feel safe working out with everyone!.
This studio is clean, bright and lovely! The mats are extra wide and long for adequate space, the vibe is perfectly energizing yet peaceful. Natural light, welcoming smiles and the Beth was a great instructor - strong and challenging yet supportive of individuals doing what we need to do for ourselves.
Obsessed! The workouts are killer in the best way, the vibes are great, and the instructors actually care about your form and progress. I walk out feeling strong, stretched, and a little proud of myself every single time. Love this place ❤️

Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
